REPORTS CLOSING OF REGISTRATION BOOK TO CONVERT TO OPEN-
Om-Sin Perm Poon Sub Fund (OSP), a managing firm of OSP fund which is
a non-redeemable type, would like to convert and change project type to
open-ended fund. The request filing procedures for approval from the
Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) must be supported from resolution or
evidence stating holders' compliances as referred to the SEC's bulletin.
As Om-Sin Perm Poon Sub Fund will expire in August 16, 1997, OSP
therefore would like to close registration book in April 16, 1997 at
12.00 O'clock to gather names of holders and number of units held and
send documents to request for approval in conversion and change its type
to open-ended fund and givingvoting certificate to holders. The process
details in delivering documents are as follows:
1. OSP will send documents to holders in April 21, 1997 to the holders
in the closing date of registration book.
2. When holders received documents and voting certificate, the holders
to send them back to OSP within May 15, 1997.
