SET TEMPORARILY SUSPENDS OSP

Comforming to the regulation clause 5(6), the Stock Exchange of Thailand tempoparily suspended trading on securities of Om-Sin Perm Poon Sub Fund (OSP) on August 11-15, 1997 as required by its fund manager GS Asset Managemet Co Ltd. This is to follow that OSP will expire on Aug 16, 1997, which GSAM would close registraton book on August 15 at noon. (Aug 16 is holiday)
