Osotspa Searches for Young Talents to Join Emerging Leader Program, a Fast Track Career Growth Osotspa is one of the companies operating in Thailand for over a century. We have grownand firmly continued business expansion. We have exported our products to 25 countries worldwide and have recently expanded our manufacturing facility to Myanmar to achieve our goal of becoming one of the leading consumer products companies in Thailand and the region.
Believing in the fast-moving power of young talents, Osotspa established the Emerging Leader Program to offer learning opportunities and fast track career growth to qualified young talents who are open for new learning and new challenges, ready to work in fun, good-teamwork and agile workforce and ready to contribute to the company’s success and to bring success to their own career path.
All qualified talents will be exposed to all areas of the organization through first-hand experiences in a chosen field: Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Commercial (Marketing & Sales,Digital Marketing). The Emerging Leader Program is a 12-month functional development journey designed for young talents to set them in the path of becoming functional OSP leadership talent pool. The program packs in functional project assignments, agile workforce, multi-function experiences, and dialogues with Leaders. This program will inculcate deep business understanding and help the young talents to meet both functional and behavioral requirements of promising leaders.

- Either graduate Bachelor with GPA 3.0 or above OR Master Degree with GPA 3.50 or above.
- 0-3 years of working experiences
- English proficiency with TOEFL CBT. 200+ / IBT. 90+ orIELTS 6.5+orTOEIC 750+
- Enjoy work collaboratively with team and cross functional.
- Go beyond analytic and identify innovation options.
- Passionate to learn (Learning Agility) and able to manage assigned project effectively.
